Woodland Journeys: ways to connect with your wild nature
How would be if you could feel more at home in your own skin? Have a life that is rich with real experience rather than just existence? Have ways to navigate the great transitions that mark a well lived life ? With Woodland Journeys I offer ways to create an enriched life, processes and maps to help you, your family or your people with the journey through life.
There are no promises of instant cures for ailments, problems or unhappiness. Instead I invite you to be fully involved with life through a real, deep connection with the natural world, with other, with the land. I draw upon old traditions, native ways and rural skills, as well as contemporary thinking, research and technologies.
Come on a journey that is rich and vast. Come and spend time in nature, in the great outdoors, deep in the woods and in the folds of grandmother Earth. Create time to stop, reflect, and deepen.
"Every living being is connected intimately, and from this intimacy follows the capacity of identification and as its natural consequences, practice of non-violence ...Now is the time to share with all life on our maltreated earth through the deepening identification with life forms and the greater units, the ecosystems, and Gaia, the fabulous, old planet of ours." (Arne Naess)
Medicine Wheel Days, Weekends and a Ceremonial Quest
This Medicine Wheel comes to us as a gift from a Navajo (Dine) Grandfather, because he wanted to share this Beauty Way, and so his teachings have been handed down to people in this land. I bring this Wheel into the story of our Ancestors, into our cycles and seasons and offer this as a way of connecting with self, Earth and other, with ceremony and Spirit.
Each day is more than a workshop, it is a ceremony with the land and all-our-relations.

Being part of a group that works is a learned skill. As a facilitator I can help shape your meeting, session or group so that it achieves what you set out to - with heart and respect for all involved. Learn to lead and to participate fully. Bring your group into nature and deepen your connections and listening further!
Support for your own journey with mentoring that takes place in the woods, the coast or moor. A held space to explore, uncover and find your own way, using the map of the Eight Directions or the Four Shields, and the energy that you bring. An hour or a whole day, work out what's right for you, your people or place.
